Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SaaS100 Engage (the “Service”), provided by SaaS100 Studio (“SaaS100,” “we,” “us”). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent (the “Workspace”).

The Service

SaaS100 Engage is a customer engagement platform: a shared inbox, customer record, and automation system that lets a Workspace communicate with its own customers over channels it connects (e.g. WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Google Business Profile, and — where available — Facebook/Instagram), along with campaigns, journeys, CRM, analytics, and optional AI-assisted drafting.

Your account & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the data you upload or connect to the Service, and for having the legal right to contact the customers whose information you store — including complying with WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and applicable messaging/marketing laws (e.g. consent requirements) for every channel you connect.
• You may invite team members to your Workspace and are responsible for their use of the Service under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or violate the terms of any connected channel (WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, Google APIs Terms of Service, etc.).
• Store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits.

AI features

AI Copilot and similar features draft, suggest, or summarize — they do not act on their own. A human on your team always makes the final decision on anything sent to a customer or affecting billing. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is used.

Connected third-party channels

Connecting WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party channel is optional and subject to that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those providers.

Data ownership

As between you and us, your Workspace retains ownership of its customer data, messages, and content. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your Workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or if required to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS100 Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in [City, India — insert the city you operate from] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
